1. Acceptable Use Protocol

GameTrax grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our gaming applications strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We optimize our apps for low-latency Turkish ISP connections (Turkcell, Vodafone, TurkNet); however, usage on managed corporate networks or via unauthorized VPN tunnels that artificially manipulate regional pricing is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum thermal and processing specifications for each title. Pushing a device beyond its hardware limitations to achieve 'overclocked' advantages is considered a breach of fair play.

We maintain the integrity of our leaderboards through aggressive monitoring. The following actions result in immediate, non-negotiable termination.

Packet Injection

Attempting to manipulate data packets between your device and our Istanbul-based nodes.

Scraping

Using automated scripts to extract gameplay data, pricing metadata, or player rankings.

Account Peddling

Selling or trading authenticated GameTrax profiles for fiat or cryptocurrency.

Service Level &
Warranties

Our applications are provided "As-Is" and "As-Available". While we strive for 99.9% uptime on our Ankara-optimized shards, we cannot warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

GameTrax disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular chipset or satisfaction of high-refresh-rate expectations beyond standard API limits.

Under no circumstances, including ISP-level throttle or regional outages, shall GameTrax be liable for direct or indirect damages exceeding the total amount paid by the user in the 6 months prior.

Termination & Trade-offs

The Policy

We reserve the right to suspend any account that exhibits suspicious activity or consistently high packet loss that interferes with other users' experience.

Downside: Sudden disconnection without prior warning during investigations.
Mitigation: Automatic ticket generation and 48-hour appeal window.

Downside: Loss of temporary seasonal data during server migrations.
Mitigation: Full cloud synchronization of primary account statistics twice daily.

The Reality

Account termination is final. Digital goods, in-game currency, and vanity items have no real-world value and will not be refunded upon account closure for breach of terms.

Notice of Modification

"We evolve our terms like we evolve our patches. GameTrax reserves the right to update these layers at any time. Continued use of the portal implies binding consent to the newest version."
